About Submerge Productions Minimize

Welcome to the website of Submerge Productions!

Submerge Productions is a group of Belgian divers specialized in technical diving. Our goal is not only to dive, but also to shoot video and photos. We operate well beyond recreational depths. Our team explores the “twilight zone”, the sub 80 meter zone. At those depths, where natural light hardly penetrates the water, there are beautiful shipwrecks, deep reefs and large predators to be found.

Using state of the art high definition video cameras and SLR photo cameras, Submerge Productions will bring you high quality footage and pictures from all over the world.

What you'll find on this site Minimize

We would like to invite you to explore our site. You’ll find photo galleries in the “frozen images” section and video podcasts in the “action!” section. Those can be downloaded and used freely for non commercial use and purchased for commercial use.

The resolution of our video podcasts is suitable for internet downloads. However, it is possible to order Full HDV footage as well. Just make a list of the podcasts that you want and we’ll compile a custom DVD for you at a very reasonable price.

The “stories” section contains several articles related to our expeditions, the material we use and the lessons we've learned.

All content on our website will be continuously updated, so check back regularly for new material.

Diving with us? Minimize

We regularly dive in local lakes in Belgium (mostly for training), in the North Sea and in the Oosterschelde (the Netherlands). If you want to join us on some of our local dives you can register for our “Submerge Dive” distribution list.  We will send out info and dates.

If you are a technical diver and have problems with finding “technical trips” you should register as well. Diving in Belgium is fun, but you can hardly call it world class diving. Especially the visibility, or the lack thereof, creates a problem for filming. So each year we do multiple trips to more interesting locations. On these “wreck tours”, organized together with “Galicia Technical Diving”, there is sometimes room for extra divers. But you need to register early. These open spots fill up very quickly and priority is given to the people that have joined us on previous trips.
